Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority.  At Vigor Sciences, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns, exchanges and refunds require pre-approval and must be made within 30-days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us to discuss options. Return shipping fees apply.  

Only unused, unopened items are eligible for a refund (others may be eligible for an exchange).  Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item and applied to the original payment method.

In the event your order is incorrect, please email us at support@vigorsci.com.  We will arrange for a return at our cost and ship a replacement order.
