Shipping policy

Shipping

We charge a flat fee of $10 per order.  We offer free shipping on orders over $200 (subtotal).  

Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. This service includes tracking and delivery within in 2-3 business days.

Once the package has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser that will include the tracking number.

Processing

In-Stock Items:
Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days after the order has been completed and payment received. 

Out-of-Stock Items:
Orders containing out-of-stock items will be shipped out within 5-7 business days after the order has been completed and payment received.

Orders containing both in and out-of-stock items, default to sending all items together, with an option to split the order (additional fees may apply). Please contact support@vigorsci.com if you would like to have the order split.

Weekends and Holidays:
Orders placed during weekends or holidays, will be processed within 1-2 business days following the weekend or holiday.
