IGF-1 LR3 (Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 Long Arg3) is a synthetic peptide and modified version of the naturally occurring IGF-1 hormone, which plays a major role in muscle growth, cell repair, and recovery. 

The "LR3" version has been altered to make it 2-3 times more potent and 20 to 30 hours longer-lasting in the body than natural IGF-1.  This peptide is known to promote:
